Internet Sites

Below are some helpful Adult Basic Education (ABE) and GED Web sites selected by College of Dupage Librarians and Instructors. The College of DuPage and the C.O.D. Library do not create or control any of these resources, and they will not be held responsible for the content within the Sites.

  An Internet service, from the University of Regina, for mathematics teachers and students from kindergarten to grade twelve. Available in English and French. Includes lesson plans, activities, science fair projects, a place to submit math questions and review posted answers.

  Developed by the New Brunswick Community College, the guide contains a list of the formulas found on the mathematics section of the GED Tests, complete with examples.

  This site offers web-delivered instruction using current and past CNN San Francisco bureau news stories (a new story is added ever week).
